We provide two services:
We build: Scale models
of the client's proposed residence are made from FoamCore
Board using push pins, not glue (which allows for easy
re-arrangement of interior walls).
We transform: The architect's,
engineer's, or other designer's final drawings are made
into 3D virtual reality "movies" for their
clients.

We're fast:
From the time the client uploads the drawings (Design
Lines, Etc. only needs the footprint, elevation, and
roof design), we will ship the scale model or the 3D
virtual reality "movie" CD within 3-5 working
days.
We're affordable:
Our pricing for most scale models is 8 cents per square
foot without roof and 11 cents per square foot with
the roof. Pricing for 3D Virtual Reality Walk-Thru's
is 6 cents per square foot without roof and 9 cents
per square foot with roof.
